Are Robots going to take all our
jobs?
Robots are
the latest and most advanced invention by human. As we are moving forward in 21st
century, our jobs are going to more dependent on our inventions. These
inventions-led jobs facilitate our work but in the same time it utilises our
capabilities of doing same work. This capability could be other’s work or our
work in more complex form. But it could be perform by several human jobs to
accomplish. Robots are not only machine which is not live. This is a full
computerized system which can take decisions by its logical system. So, it’s
now a general perception that human work is going to take over by Robots not
only in offices even in homes too.
Actually,
human invented computer system to solve large and complex problems. And Robots
are latest device based on computer system. This device was invented not only
to solve such big problems but also to save money. So, as goal was achieved,
human jobs have gone partially. But there is an opposite factor that a new
requirement of computer literate human job came into existence. Actually we
think that there is a huge demand of computer literate persons but we don’t
consider that this job come after consuming several human jobs. And Robots are
such computerised system which can move also. So, think the world can have a new face of Robots where
Robots can register their identity on
website “facebook”. And if we will not interested to see a Robot’s facebook id,
then another robot is available to see that. In this fashion Robots are going
to take place of human beings. And human beings are going to become idle
Robots.
Accordingly
to trends, we are doing less hour jobs through some decades. We want more
leisure. This is due to two factors. One is due to more achievement in
technology and other is due to we want to become a more creative personality.
Both factors lead a prospective life to human kinds. A more active trend is
that we want to become entrepreneur and we want to have multiple skills. Both
desires make us more appropriate for our profession. And sure, technology helps
us in improving and facilitating our work and results. So, without ignoring, we
are in technology improvement at every stage. In the same way, human jobs are
decreasing as acquired by technology or robots. You can also say that this
partial acquirements will led to full jobs acquired by robots. There is two
scenes of jobs availability. One is as Job is going due to partially acquirement
by robots and in other scene there are new jobs coming due to requirements of
technology friendly skills. So, it’s not completely true that robots are going
to take our jobs. But we can see it that explicitly robots are taking place of
human beings in workplace. But do you think who will make such robots which
will deploy in different sectors? Who will regulate these robots which will be
a completely full technology pack in different ways. So, a variety of vast
opportunity will appear for this kind of technology skilled persons. Consider,
the change factors during recent decades in every developed and developing
countries.
You can see
easily an incremental change in Population. And you should consider the
difference between Innovation and Automation too. Innovation is something like
new way of doing some work by old method. However Automation is technology
driven system by using Innovation. So, we are not very much closely covered by
innovation than automation. It is because, Automation is directly acquires more
of our jobs. And we know there is a ladder increase in population which lead a
vast rise in production. But due to automation or machine equipped work, there
is no new-job rising in this period. And in meanwhile there are coming a number
of graduates which had to go for such jobs which don’t require degree or such
qualification. So, we can conclude Automation or Robot driven system definitely
made a loss of Job Hours in every phases of production system.Easily you can
say that this Job loss is skilled base loss, due to Automation.
Coming to
the point every sector is using innovation and improvement in technology and
this lead to computerised system or Robotics as we are implementing AI
(Artificial Intelligence) technology. So, we can see every sector is losing job
hours in two ways. One by their system oriented fashion and other by Robotics.
Now, we can simply say robotics is everywhere in every sector that make to rise.
Simultaneously we know Automation or Robots are making loss in Job-Hours. One
point to note that developed countries have more businesses as profession which
lead to growth of jobs.However, automation is there, but due to lower growth in
population tends to balance between job- hours and new comers. But in
Developing or poor countries the situation is worse.
As we know
Robots are such non eaters which are cost effectively in nature can increase
productivity, how companies can ignore to accept robotics or automation. So, we
are in a machine oriented system and continuously we are approaching to give
admin system to Robots due to various factors. So, In future job-loss is not
only a drawback of Robotics but a loss of control too in whole business system.
Statistics of developed countries can easily elaborate the impact of automation
and Robotics. Robotics are on such a stage where they act as human clone. So,
in Future, we will have to accept the ignorance of human kind. You can think
this pattern can take over a part of future also. We cannot ignore the high motivation of
Robotics to simplify and facilitate our entire system but we can restrict use
of Robotics on such a mass scale. We have to find other ways of facilitation
considering the growth of population, so that Robots should be a good
deployment in our system.
However, in
current scenario nothing seems to stop Robots and Job loss which turns to facilitate
development.
